Where this stands
The tables and per-device sync state exist. This needs the companion app and the batch upload endpoint, which is the heaviest mobile path.
What it will do
- Calls synced automatically from a rep’s phone
- Deduplicated by stable id, with repeat attempts rolled up
- Connected vs missed, from call duration
- Matched to the lead by phone number
